A comprehensive reflection framework for inclusive school culture and practice, organised around the key foundations and principles of the Inclusion Charter.
The toolkit is designed to support school leaders in recognising and celebrating the successes they have achieved in developing inclusive approaches. At the same time, it provides an opportunity to evaluate current inclusive provision and practice and identify any areas for further development.
The framework is structured into 10 sections, each aligned to one of the principles of the Inclusion Charter. Every section is divided into four parts:
Each section of the toolkit corresponds to one of the following principles. Use the self-assessment tool to evaluate your school against each one.
Work through each of the 10 principles and record your evidence, reflections and next steps.
