A 4 day training programme for lead practitioners to become the guiding team for implementation.

KNOWING Understanding relational and restorative principles DOING Applying them consistently in practice BEING Embedding them into culture, leadership, policies and systems Schools participating in the partnership will: • Move beyond training into implementation • Develop confident relational leadership • Strengthen staff culture and belonging • Improve behaviour through relationships • Build sustainable relational practice across the school • Make clear links to belonging and the new White Paper Purpose To build a network of implementation leaders who: • Translate learning into practice • Support and challenge colleagues • Share solutions across schools • Drive cultural change on the ground Structure 4 Days (delegates must attend all dates) • Day 1 — 29 January 2027 • Day 2 — 12 March 2027 • Day 3 — 2 July 2027 • Day 4 — 8 October 2027 Cost This training is FREE to access for Derby City schools, funded through the Virtual School and Inclusion Partnership.

Audience A lead practitioner from each school such as Deputy Headteachers, Behaviour and Inclusion Leads, SENCOs and DSLs.
