The Silver Programme is structured to support schools to reflect, refine, and embed practice introduced during Bronze. The programme is delivered through three workshops for Senior Leaders and Attendance Leads. Each workshop provides opportunities for professional learning, moderation, collaborative reflection, and shared problem-solving. Alongside the workshops, schools undertake a series of structured Deep Dive Reviews that support self-evaluation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. The programme provides: • Three regional Silver workshops • Three structured school led attendance Deep Dive Reviews • Moderation and peer review opportunities • Attendance quality assurance framework • Professional learning resources • Evidence portfolio guidance • Silver Inclusive Attendance Accreditation – Level 2 accredited professional learning programme • Regional networking and collaboration opportunities • Access to attendance implementation resources • Ongoing strategic support Day 1: 21/10/26 10am-1pm Day 2: 1/3/27 9am-12:30pm Day 3: 9/6/27 9am-12:30pm
