STePS - Critical Incidents in Educational Communities Training for School based Senior Leaders

Planning cannot prevent a critical incident from occurring, but it can help school leaders provide a more effective and considered response at a potentially overwhelming time. This half-day online training is designed to equip leadership staff in schools and colleges with strategies to respond to critical incidents that might affect their community. This training has been developed and delivered by leading experts and co-authors of the UK Trauma Council's Critical Incidents (https://uktraumacouncil.org/) resources, and session offers a unique opportunity to learn from professionals with extensive expertise in this area. In this training, you will: - gain insights from real-world examples and evidence-based practices - participate in tailored discussions within a small group setting - build confidence in leading your community through recovery.
